These Terms of Service are here to ensure that both you and I know what to expect throughout the commission process. By purchasing a commission from me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms. If you have any questions before ordering, please don't hesitate to ask!

I retain the copyright to all artwork I create unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Your commission includes a personal-use license, allowing you to save, share, post, and display your artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (i.e. on your personal social media pages).
Commercial use—including merchandise, advertising, branding, or selling copies of the artwork—requires a separate commercial license and may involve additional fees.
I may share your commissioned artwork on my website, portfolio, or social media with a visible watermark to help prevent theft. You will always receive a non-watermarked copy of your finished commission.
Along with this, I may livestream or record portions of the creation process unless otherwise requested before work begins.
If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before I begin working on it.
I enjoy working closely with my clients throughout the commission process. I'll check in to gather details, share the initial sketch, provide progress updates, and request feedback until your commission is complete.
If you would prefer a low-contact or no-contact commission experience, just let me know! I'm happy to accommodate.
You may request a full refund at any time before I begin the line art stage of your commission.
I also reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission that I am uncomfortable completing. If I cancel your commission before it is finished, you will receive either a full or partial refund depending on the stage of completion.
Filing a chargeback after your commission has been completed will immediately revoke your personal-use license to the artwork. Clients who file chargebacks will no longer be eligible to commission me in the future.
I do not condone or create content involving zoophilia or pedophilia under any circumstances.
I will not create artwork depicting sexual or exploitative content involving children or animals. Requests of this nature will be refused immediately and may result in being permanently blacklisted from future commissions.
My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning, image generation, dataset creation, model fine-tuning, or any similar purpose without my explicit written permission. This includes uploading my artwork to AI services for the purpose of generating derivative images.
My artwork may not be minted, sold, or otherwise used in connection with NFTs or blockchain technologies.
Payment is required in full before I begin sketching your commission.
If your financial situation changes or you decide we're not the right fit, you may cancel your commission at any time before I begin the line art stage for a full refund. Just reach out through one of my contact methods, and I'll respond as soon as I'm able.
I currently accept payment in the following ways:
Cash (in person at conventions or events only)
A custom shop listing created specifically for your commission
Completion times vary depending on the complexity of your commission and my current workload. I'll provide an estimated completion time once we've discussed your request.
While I always strive to meet my estimates, unexpected life events can occasionally cause delays. If that happens, I'll contact you as soon as possible with an update.
If I do not receive a response from you within 45 days to approve the sketch, your commission will be canceled and refunded. Please be sure to provide an accurate and up-to-date method of contact.
Unless otherwise requested and previously discussed, commissions are delivered as high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI in RGB color.
Bust, Waist-Up, Full Body, and Partial Reference Sheets: 2400 × 2400 px (approximately 8" × 8")
Full Reference Sheets and Full Illustrations: 3000 × 2400 px (approximately 10" × 8")
Additional resized versions can be provided at no extra charge upon request.
If you require artwork prepared in CMYK for professional printing, an additional fee may apply.
Layered PSD or other working files are not included with commissions and are not available for purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, all commissions are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
For pricing purposes, "complex" generally refers to characters with any combination of the following at the artist's discretion:
More than four fur colors
Intricate markings or tattoos
Multiple limbs, wings, horns, or eyes
Highly detailed clothing or accessories
Other unusual or difficult design elements
If you're unsure whether your character or idea qualifies as complex, feel free to ask before ordering.
A "complex background" refers to a detailed environment or scene rather than a simple solid color, gradient, or basic shape.
A complete reference sheet is not required to commission me. Written descriptions are perfectly acceptable, although the more detail you provide, the better I can match your vision.
When no visual references are available, some artistic interpretation may be necessary, but I always strive to stay as faithful as possible to your character's intended design.
You are responsible for ensuring that any references you provide are yours to use or that you have permission from the owner.
Unlimited revisions are included during the sketch phase.
Once line art has begun, revisions will be limited to minor adjustments. Significant changes that require redrawing large portions of the artwork may incur an additional fee.
By commissioning me, you confirm that you either own the rights to the character(s) depicted or have permission from the owner to commission artwork of them.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason, including abusive behavior, harassment, hateful content, or requests that violate these Terms of Service.
I recommend downloading and backing up your completed commission once it has been delivered. While I may keep copies of completed work, I cannot guarantee indefinite file storage.
Credit is appreciated whenever artwork is reposted online, but not required. Please do not remove, alter, or obscure my signature or watermark from any version of the artwork that includes one.
You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
I do complete NSFW commissions. However, I reserve the right to decline any commission request. I do not create artwork depicting illegal, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. If you are unsure whether your idea falls within my comfort level, please ask before ordering.
Minor edits such as cropping or resizing for profile pictures are perfectly fine. However, please do not heavily edit, recolor, trace, or alter my artwork without my permission.
